Mr. Uden has over 20 years consulting experience in the areas of fund development, feasibility studies, team development, policies and procedures development and adolescent treatment programming for nonprofits, and state and federal governmental agencies. BackgroundMr. Uden is trained in fund raising and resource development; nonprofit management, marketing and has been trained as a trainer. Mr. Uden has held positions such as Director of Resource Development, Annual Giving Director, Director of Development, Program Director, Director of Staff training and Executive Director. He has a Master of Arts Degree from the University of South Dakota, a Master of Divinity Degree from Wartburg Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD. He is also an ordained Lutheran clergy of the ELCA and has chaplaincy training in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Mr. Uden is a member of the Minnesota Planned Giving Council, Association of Lutheran Development Executives, and Association of Fundraising Professionals, Minnesota Chapter, where he has served on the Board as Vice President of Education. Mr. Uden currently serves on the Ridgedale YMCA Board. He has also served on numerous local, statewide and national nonprofit boards. | ||||||||||
