Barry Kinsey

Barry Kinsey is an executive with 23 years of marketing and advertising experience, first at the major national agency, Campbell Mithun Esty and now as Vice President Marketing Services of D.A. Petersen Associates and Managing Director of The IP Group. Mr. Kinsey specializes in the development and execution of multi-million dollar strategic business, marketing and advertising plans. He has worked with paid media of all forms, from network and local television and radio to newspapers, magazines and out-of-home. His clients have included General Mills, Pillsbury, Century 21 Real Estate, International Dairy Queen and Recovery Engineering. He has also applied his marketing and advertising background to the area of public education, where he has served for ten years on the School Board of St. Anthony-New Brighton District 282. He has also served on the Joint Powers Board of the West Metro Education Project and served and chaired, the Executive Committee of the Association of Metropolitan School Districts.
